This is a Great app to watch out for storms its just perfect
App is not up to standards of Weather Channel or MyRadar ... For example, States are not outlined making it difficult to tell exactly where the weather system is and is going. App hangs up and clearing requires rebooting iPhone.With the hoopla I expected better especially from KATV ... Glad the app was free ... Would have been upset if Id paid for it. 12/27/2016 ... News "notifications" are still frustrating!!! "Notifications" do not match available articles displayed. Again, I expected more from KATV. Glad I didnt pay for this app.
Thank you KATV! This app has everything you need to stay informed about the weather. Im really interested in the "My Report" section. Hope one day well be able to see all the reports added using this app and possibly a chat option.
Many cool features: weather alerts, weather blog, live Doppler, and such. But my favorite and perhaps the most important is the almost instant access to a local map-in-motion radar. This feature will probably save many lives because it will enable people to see and track the weather in just a few seconds. In any emergency, such as bad weather, seconds save lives. Great job! So user friendly. No need to use the national weather apps. This takes care of everything you need and it has the local info I need like closings. I also love having access to the weather blog!
