Not Attractive - Poor Usability

This app is not attractive. The video forecast and weather graphics are not appealing. The forecast information is not layered effectively to fit the new iPad screen. The typography (lettering, headings, titles) is not attractive and attention-getting. The screens lack the right amount of information. This app was poorly designed. It is not easy to access relevant weather information. I would not recommend this app to a friend or colleague.
